Between Gaze and Hallucination

This book reflects on the way in which we use our gaze. The gaze that allows us to see. One that, when we do see, allows us to acknowledge that what we see is not always the same thing as the reality perceived by our senses. The book’s proposition is that we gaze upon fragmented and transfigured recordings of a reality that may, at times, seem to be of little relevance, ephemeral, bereft of a contextualised “before” and beholden to the “after” that each one of us wishes to invest in it.
